Static Caravans
Bottom caravan
To access the caravan, you will need to climb three steps into the caravan itself.
The main area is heated with a gas fire and there are radiators in all the rooms.
The caravan has an undercounter fridge with a small freezer compartment.
This caravan has the best living area space, as well as a nice sized main bedroom and an open kitchen. It is one of the wider caravans – it’s 12ft wide.
There is one toilet/shower room and one en-suite toilet in the main bedroom.
This caravan sits the lowest, it still has a nice view of the beach but, it is not as extensive as the view from the top caravan.
All our Static Caravans
All caravans are double glazed and have a beach view.
All caravans have a main double bedroom, a twin bedroom and a pull-out double bed in the living room.
All caravans have microwaves, kettles and toasters, as well as a double oven with grill and a gas 4 ring hob. They are also fully equipped with dishes, utensils and cookware.
We prefer to make the beds up before you arrive and therefore ask that you contact us by 8pm the day before to confirm the beds you require. We can provide you with any extra bedding if needed.
We provide blankets, cloths, dish and hand towels. You must provide your own personal towels.
There is a shed that is for the exclusive use of all three caravans, you are welcome to use this shed for storing items during your stay, please check you do not leave anything behind.
We provide basics like toilet roll, kitchen roll, cooking oil, washing up liquid and some other bits, however anything you run out of you must replace yourself and any other items needed must be purchased yourself.
We don’t charge for minor breakages (glasses, cups etc), wear-and-tear breakages (microwaves, kettles etc) or wear-and-tear damage (cloths) however any damage done to bedding, carpets, seats, furniture or the caravan itself may be billed and future bookings will be refused.
The site has 4G WIFI which is included free of charge for those staying in the caravans and there is a smart TV with a DVD player in each caravan.
There is space available at each caravan for parking one car. There is some space for extra cars but, depending on size and number of extra vehicles it cannot be guaranteed. Alternative parking can be worked out with Sarah. All vehicles and goods in and around the caravans are the sole responsibility of the owner of them.
We have a laundrette on site with two washing machines and one tumble dryer. There is also washing lines available, including a whirly gig situated behind the middle caravan.
The lady who runs the chip shop is hoping to be open April until October 2022 dates TBC. The onsite shop will be open the same dates as the caravan site, April until October 2022 dates TBC
