Cancellation, Deposit & Non-Arrival Conditions

Guests who need to cancel a booking should contact us as soon as possible. Deposits already paid are only returned in accordance with the following conditions;

  • Cancellations made before 12pm one day before arrival – a full refund of deposit will be given within one week of the cancellation, the £1 booking fee will not be refunded.
  • Cancellations made after 12pm one day before – no refund of deposit will be given.  We do not offer refunds due to bad weather unless nearby roads have been blocked, advisories have been issued, or we must close all or part of our site due to severe conditions.
  • All deposits are transferable but, only for the 2024 season and only with a minimum of 24 hours’ notice.

Non-arrival guests, who fail to attend by 8pm on their arrival day and do not contact us to arrange a late arrival, will forfeit their deposit paid and their pitch may be re-rented.

Guests who have booked multiple nights must email or call to let us know if they cannot make their scheduled arrival day otherwise, they will forfeit their deposit and their pitch for the entire booking.

In the event we need to cancel your booking with us, please be aware we will refund any deposit and booking fee that has been paid.
